Important Notice

The German version of these General Terms and Conditions (AGB) is the original and legally binding version.
In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies, the German version shall prevail.

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the Objektnumber online shop.

The offer is directed exclusively at consumers.

2. Conclusion of contract

The products displayed in the online shop constitute a non-binding offer and are valid only as long as they are visible and available in the online shop.

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded once Objektnumber confirms the order by email or delivers the goods.

3. Products, presentation and production

Objektnumber sells physical products from various categories, including printed matter, objects and everyday items.

Some products are manufactured or configured only after the order is received, while other products may be pre-produced.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding.
Deviations in color, material, structure, surface, dimensions or finish may occur and do not constitute a defect, provided they are customary or production-related.

Objektnumber reserves the right to make changes to products and to correct errors in descriptions, images or pricing.

4. Prices, currency and payment

Prices in the online shop are displayed in the applicable local currency.
The amount shown during checkout in the selected currency is decisive.

All prices include statutory value added tax where applicable.
Additional shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment is charged immediately upon completion of the order.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates only and not binding.
Objektnumber is not liable for delivery delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control, in particular force majeure.

6. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Objektnumber until full payment has been received.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

For custom-made or individually configured products that are produced only after the order is placed, no right of withdrawal or return applies.

This applies in particular to products:

  • with individually selected size, finish or configuration

  • that are manufactured or adapted specifically for the customer

For non-customized, pre-produced products, a right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods applies, provided that:

  • the goods are unused

  • the goods are in perfect condition

  • the goods are returned complete and in their original packaging

In all cases, a return or replacement is possible in the event of:

  • proven manufacturing defects

  • transport damage

Transport damage must be reported and documented immediately upon receipt of the goods.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions of Swiss law apply.

Any defects must be reported immediately after receipt of the goods.

9. Liability

Objektnumber is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

Liability for indirect damages or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Intellectual property

All content of the online shop, in particular images, texts, graphics and designs, is the intellectual property of Objektnumber or the respective rights holders.

Any use outside the ordering process requires prior written consent.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

All legal matters shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be Lucern, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwis
