In case of any discrepancies, the German version shall prevail.

1. No right of withdrawal for customized products

There is no right of withdrawal or return for products that are custom-made, individually produced or configured after the order is placed.

This applies in particular to products:

with individually selected size, finish or configuration
that are produced only after the order is received (print on demand)
that are specifically manufactured or adapted for the customer

A return or replacement is only possible if:

a proven manufacturing defect exists, or
the product was damaged during transport

Transport damage must be reported and documented immediately after receipt of the goods.

2. Right of withdrawal for non-customized products

For non-customized, pre-produced products, a right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from receipt of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Objektnumber in writing (by email) within this period.

Returned goods must:

be unused
be in perfect condition
be returned complete and in the original packaging

3. Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the purchase price will be refunded using the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are not refunded
Return shipping costs and shipping risk are borne by the customer

4. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

customized or made-to-order products
individually configured products
products showing signs of use or damage
products returned without original packaging
