1. Governing Language
This English version of the Shipping Policy is provided for convenience only.
The German version is the original and legally binding version.
In case of discrepancies or interpretation issues, the German version shall prevail.
2. General Information
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Objektnumber online store.
It supplements the General Terms and Conditions (AGB).
Objektnumber sells products that are manufactured only after an order has been placed and paid.
All products are produced on a made-to-order basis (print-on-demand).
3. Production on Demand
Products are manufactured exclusively after order confirmation and receipt of payment.
As production is carried out individually for each order, changes in production processes, timing variations, or delays may occur.
Objektnumber shall not be liable for delays, production adjustments, or scheduling deviations caused by technical, organisational, or logistical circumstances beyond Objektnumber’s direct control.
Production times stated on product pages are indicative only and non-binding.
4. Shipping and Delivery Areas
Production and shipping are carried out through external manufacturing and logistics partners.
Objektnumber remains the sole contractual partner of the customer at all times.
Orders are shipped worldwide unless otherwise stated on the respective product page.
In most cases, orders are produced and shipped from a production facility geographically closest to the delivery address.
5. Delivery Times
Delivery times consist of production time plus shipping time.
Shipping durations vary depending on destination country, shipping method, and logistics provider.
All delivery time estimates are provided for guidance only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
Objektnumber shall not be liable for delivery delays or non-performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, strikes, customs delays, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on:

All applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed before order confirmation.
For orders containing multiple items, shipping costs may be consolidated. In such cases, the largest or most complex item determines the base shipping cost, while additional items may be charged at reduced supplementary rates.
7. Shipping Methods and Tracking
Depending on the product and destination, different shipping options may be available, such as standard or express shipping.
The availability of shipment tracking depends on the selected shipping method, destination country, and logistics provider.
Where available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
8. Customs, Taxes and Duties
Products are shipped from various international production and fulfilment locations, depending on destination and product type.
For international shipments, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply.
Such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout.
Objektnumber has no control over the nature or amount of such fees.
9. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delivery delays, failed delivery, or additional costs.
Address changes are only possible while the order has not yet entered production or shipment. There is no entitlement to change an address once production has started.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact Objektnumber without delay, and no later than 48 hours after receipt, via email:

After review, Objektnumber will, at its discretion, arrange a replacement or refund.
11. Lost Shipments
If an order has not arrived within 30 days after dispatch, please contact:
The case will be reviewed and, where appropriate, a replacement may be issued.
No replacement will be provided for orders that failed delivery due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
